Tubapalooza to benefit Allison Vaughn Memorial FundWJAC JohnstownJOHNSTOWN, Pa. — Tubapalooza allowed Johnstowners to float down the Stonycreek River to benefit the Allison Vaughn Memorial Fund. Hundreds of people got on the river. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold is being donated to the fund.
